The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Resource to join our team. As a UI/UX Resource, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience. This role requires proficiency in React and Tailwind, as well as a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging UI designs.
• Create UI designs that are both visually stunning and highly functional, utilizing React and Tailwind to implement responsive and interactive elements.
• Work with complex data sources to present information in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Execute strong visual exercises to enhance the overall look and feel of the applications, maintaining consistency with established design guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into our projects when appropriate.

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing design-heavy projects and complex data visualization.
• Proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional code.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX.
• Experience working with complex data sources and presenting information in a visually compelling way.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach to design, with a passion for creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.
